For those of you that recently attended our Christmas Wine Taste, you are aware of dessert that was served for the final course – Plum Pudding. For those of you that were not able to attend, we wanted to give you a brief history of this dessert and it’s importance to the Cowley Family during the holiday season.

Plum pudding was a dessert that originated in England, but quickly became popular in Ireland. Ironically, this dessert doesn’t contain any plums! Depending on your family recipe, this dessert often contains a variety of spices & dried fruits, and some may argue most importantly – booze!
